We want you to love your peasandmine order. Because of the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, no refunds policy, with one exception outlined below.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout
• Buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Exception: Wrong Item Sent

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will make it right. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Include a photo of the item you received

Once verified, we will send the correct item or issue a refund for the incorrect item, your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll review on a case-by-case basis.
